    Make an underground fridge.

Dig a big hole, line with moss, add whatever you want to keep cool, more moss, replace soil.

that’s how I’d do it. There are probably better ways. Maybe you can have a look on google.

That’s what id do if I couldn’t put the beers in a stream. northern_monday

put it in a air tight bag and place in a river. that is if you’re camping next to a river. why would you ever take a lot of beer and not take a cooler full of ice? thedevilslengua

  14. I'm a brain in a Jar says:

put all the beer in a net and add something that weights
then submerge the beer in a stream in a way that is to the bottom but you still have the net to fish it out… the weight will keep it from resurfasing and the watter is cooler at the bottom so the beer will remain cold… if the stream has a strong current you will want to tie the line to a treestump or root so it is not carried by the current I’m a brain in a Jar

When you’re out in the wild, the best way to cool your beer would be in a stream. Another good way would be to dig a small hole in the ground of a shady area. It should be nice and cool a foot underneath the dirt. jeffx82

  20. greendawn says:

When I was facing this problem I was lucky in that I found a spring pouring out really cold water and that solved the problem by putting the beer in it for a while it made it really cold. Otherwise unpleasant as warm beer may be there is no real solution without a cold body of water river, spring, lake, sea. greendawn
