What do I pack on a non-cooking vegan camping trip?
I’m going camping for the weekend where I’m not allowed to bring a stove or fire so I need to prepare all my dishes before hand. All I can think of is pasta salad. Help?

You could bring protein or granola bars, trail mix, popcorn, fruits, nuts, pack salad and dressing, bake things like muffins or scones beforehand Stephanie
Hummus, crudites, chips, salsa, trail mixes (for snacks), cut up fruit.
You could also bring along sandwich fixings, such as veggie deli slices, vegetables, and mustard or stuff for a PBJ.
You could prepare some soups that are eaten cold, such as gazpacho, and bring chips or crackers to eat with it.
